Ok, was a bit worried about the state of the room based on some of the reviews here. The outside was a bit sketchy, but the room was clean. The bathroom was renovated and looked really good. It's very close to the beach as mentioned in other reviews. I gave the room 3 stars because of the small missing things you'd normally find in a room. For example, there were no glasses so we couldn't drink water (there's a water cooler in the courtyard). Also, they didn't have a hairdryer which I needed since I didn't pack one. I've never gone to a hotel without one. Lastly, the Internet was so spotty for the specialized channels. We'd watch for a couple of minutes and then it would freeze or drop. But the cleanliness trumped all of it so we were overall content with our stay.

Immediately feel itchy when you lay on bed (Bugs!). Sheets had hairs on them. They charged my card 4 times before check in, claiming it didn't go through. Shower had low water pressure and handle was about to fall off. Do not recommend.

Everything is bad! There are bed bugs accompanying you the whole night. The room has no facilities. The blanket and bed sheet are dirty. The floor is sticky and seems like a long time it didn't clean. It is disgusting. I don't know what we buy.

Decent rooms, good location. Extremely bad staff though. Unhelpful, no one on site at night. No security and no one at front desk in the evenings. What was worse is screaming people in the street, construction all hours day and night. Staff have no clue about anything nearby. Don’t drink the coffee, rather go buy a decent cup. With so many hotels around, you are better off somewhere else

The front desk receptionist was downright awful. Incredibly unhelpful with parking, doesn't want to listen, rude, and unaccomodating. She made me sick to my stomach. We ended up leaving without checking in because we were so disgusted and inconvenienced.

The most pleasant hotel in all of the city. I recently stayed for another five days having been there this past May. I have no desire to stay anywhere else when in Ft. Laudy. The location can not be beat. 500 feet, if that, from the Ocean. Just across the street but hotel does not directly face the Ocean, I don't want to be misleading. I have stayed in two different rooms altogether. Both were excellent and tastefully decorated especially room 21. The staff provides chairs for the beach with full size beach towels, as well as lotions on a trust basis service that they will be returned. Daily housekeeping. The staff....Cruz, Napoleon, Wendy and Eisler are extraordinary in guest relations making you feel like family. I thank Napoleon for an easy check in as well as letting me check in early as my plane arrived in the morning. I have told many tourists in the area about this charming hotel as a great option for future stays. One woman said to me, "do they have a pool?" I said, "no. But they have an Ocean." lol.
